Network Marketing The Over Looked Opportunity

Network marketing is like anything else in life, it requires direction. There are a lot of mis consumptions, so let’s get it right, it is a legitimate business not a get rich quick scheme. Further more it’s a low-overhead, home based business that can actually offer many of the tax advantages associated with owning your own business. Network Marketing is an often overlooked opportunity that is open to anyone, and in these current economic times, certainly worth consideration.

In direct sales, the products and services are promoted directly to customers, generally in their homes or the homes of others, through personal explanation and demonstrations. Products and services are delivered directly from the manufacturer to the consumer, bypassing all the middlemen. Almost any product you can think of is now sold through Network Marketing, house wares to fitness products, toys to web services.

Traditionally, Network Marketing is known as a ‘Word of Mouth’ business structure where people talk with other people and spread the word about the services and/or products they represent, and those who choose to jump on the wagon, do the same down the line. This is a method any company can choose to use, to reach its customer base. Any product or service can be sold this way.

Contrary to expectation, you as a newcomer, has the same potential for success as the long-term sponsor provided that the necessary research and skills training takes place. When you evaluate your opportunity you need to look at what resources or training the company offer.

Network Marketing is a way for any average individual, without any prior business experience or technical training, to establish a world wide, highly profitable marketing organization, and to run it out of their own home. However, as any thing in life worth achieving, it will take training, time, patience, motivation and goal setting to be really successful.

Network marketing is a working plan and not a quick get rich scheme. It’s not the same as pyramid selling. Network Marketing simply is based on the concept of networking. Network Marketing is also known as Multi level Marketing (MLM).

Most Common Postcard Marketing Mistakes

Several businesses already know the importance and benefits of postcard marketing. Postcard marketing is the great way to get someone’s attention. Postcards are also excellent to:

  • Promote your product and service offers
  • Generate more website traffic and sales leads
  • Introduce your products and services
  • Keep in touch with new and existing customers

Mail first needs to be open to read. People often only look at envelop and decide that they are not interested. On the other hand, postcards are already open and ready to read and get readers attention. Postcard marketing is the cheapest form of direct mail marketing. Easy to create and generate the high rate of consumers response. When you combine all postcard marketing factors, you can see how powerful postcard marketing is.

So, it is very important to avoid common mistakes in the implementation of postcard marketing.

Not Targeting the Prospects

Make a best possible list of your target audience. You should have in-house list of the target audience. If you don’t have in house mailing list, you can create your own list or you can rent one to a list broker. For a free list, you can rent newsletter subscriber lists of and publication read by prospects in your target market.

Repetition mailing

For a successful, postcard marketing campaign, you need to have regular repetitive mailings. When you send postcards again and again to your target audience, it can build familiarity and credibility of your company among people. It is the best cost effective way to contact number of times your customers before it leads to sale and increase your revenue.

Postcard information

Postcard should contain brief personal message that can produce lovely expressive reaction from readers. It can generate extensively more replies than a long confusing message from your consumers than the postcard. However, at the same time postcard should look professional.

Mailing Missteps

Don’t use indicia, if possible. People consider it junk mail. First-class stamps may costs little more but, it makes postcard friendlier and generates more responses. First-class mail also offers you additional benefits such as “return to sender” – in case if the address is no longer valid. You can update your mailing lists with the first-class mailing. You should also consider dates of arrival, if you are unsure you can consult with your postal service.

Printing cost

Don’t spend too much money on your postcard printing. You can print postcards yourself for just pennies. If you have a large order, you can choose professional printers. They offer less cost per card as the number of postcards increase.

Postcards as Sales Pitch

Don’t provide too much information to your postcard. Just promote the benefit of your product and service. In this way, you can increase sales lead and website traffic. Use postcard to grab the reader’s attention.

Postcard design

Your postcard design should contain headlines, images, and important information. Use bright colors to get the consumer’s attention. Keep the message simple and brief – considering bullet points are a good option.

Contact information

Don’t forget to provide contact information such as telephone, fax, call number and email address. It’s a common sense to provide your company name as well.

Proofread

Before you print your postcard message, check spell, grammar, punctuation or any typological errors. You must proofread your message before printing. A great way to proofread is to read the message loudly. It is also good to have someone to review it because you may overlook mistakes.

You can make your postcard marketing tool more effective than ordinary simple postcard by simply avoiding these mistakes.

Article Marketing – Two Purposes of Article Marketing I

At this point, I am going to tackle my favorite form of quality traffic generation here.

First, what is article marketing? Article marketing is the process of writing articles for the purpose of disseminating them online to generate both immediate traffic and to generate inbound links, or backlinks, to your web site.

Article marketing can be used for two distinct purposes, although these two purposes can be combined for maximum effect. However, it is important when you are article marketing you understand these two purposes and which you are focusing on, because each of them produce radically different results.

So what are these two purposes?

1) Article marketing for direct traffic

2) Article marketing for link building

In the case of article marketing for direct traffic, you will be writing a large number of articles and submitting them to a small number of article directories, namely the ones that get the most direct traffic and have the highest pagerank. These articles will generate very highly responsive traffic to your web site.

In the case of article marketing for link building, you will be writing a smaller number of articles and submitting them to a long list of article directories for the purpose of building links to your web site. As I discussed in the section on search engine optimization, building links to your web site generally improves your pagerank, so your web site and web pages will rank higher in the natural search engine results.

Why do I make such a distinction between these two? I think that you have to choose one of the two and make an impact by being the very best at one of the two choices. Here is why: if you are going for direct traffic – go for it! Go all out! Write 100 articles per month and submit them to the top 5 directories – in one year you will have 1200 articles and a lot of traffic from those articles. And as I will discuss later, that traffic will be highly responsive traffic.
